What is something that [people in your industry] have to deal with that you want to fix?

A big issue that developers have to deal with is keeping up with new technologies/software. I don’t believe this is necessarily something that can be ‘fixed’ due to the nature of the industry. However, common industry practices are normally still adhered to. I would like to make sure that any new technologies we use here at Tad Web follow practices that we already use.

What do you do at your Company?

Primarily back-end development; focusing on bespoke work, whilst helping design and build software for our clients.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

The reason I became a developer was because I wanted to build things. It is always satisfying when seeing an idea that a client has had, actually become become a working product. The steps which are involved in creating the product is the part I enjoy.

Born and raised in Middlesbrough, where I still reside. I’ve always had an interest in technology, along with an affinity with building things, so becoming a developer was the natural choice for me.
